Santo Domingo.– A judge of the National District Court of the National District imposed an economic guarantee of 200 thousand pesos, under the contract modality, in addition to an impediment to exit from the country and periodic presentation against Rafael Rosario Mota, aka “Foster”.
The accused is accused of impersonating hero during the tragedy that occurred at dawn on Tuesday, April 8 in the Jet Set discoin Santo Domingo, and offering paid interviews in which he claimed to have rescued 12 people from the rubble.
The magistrate Fatima Veloz He ordered the freedom of the accused by rejecting the request for preventive detention presented by the National District Prosecutor’s Office, which argued that Rosario Mota represented a danger of escape.

Request for coercion
