Santo Domingo.- Police officers yesterday arrested three alleged criminals identified as members of a gang that is dedicated to stealing accessories and parts from vehicles of different makes and models, including those known as “high-end”, who were occupied centers rings, rear-view mirrors, mirrors and other evidence, inside the vehicle in which they were traveling.
Those arrested by police officers, belonging to the Operations Unit of the Department of Investigation of Crimes and Crimes Against Property “Theft” of the DICRIM, are Ismael Abraham Angeles Estevez, Carlos Frías Acevedo (El Gordo) and Juan Carlos Jiménez Mejía (Bani).
The group, arrested on 11th Street corner 4 of the Villa María sector, of the National District, seized the Hyundai, Sonata, mamey car, license plate A957887, in which they were traveling after committing several robberies in La Vega.

They admit having stolen different vehicles in the city of La Vega.
The institution of order also reported that the group has been followed up for several weeks, since they use the modality of moving in vehicles, especially a Honda CRV jeep.
The detainees will be sent to the city of La Vega, so that they can be processed in that jurisdiction.
