Colombia goes to the polls this Sunday to choose between Gustavo Petro and Rodolfo Hernandez. Whoever is the winner, both have promised model of government radically different from the current one.
And it will be like this, because so much Petro and Hernández defeated the traditional parties in the first roundunder the premise of initiating radical changes in Colombian politics.
Now, the outlook for who will be the next president of Colombia is uncertain. In the most recent voting intention surveys, Petro (62 years old) and Hernandez (77) they came out with small margins of differences.
Therefore, there are those who anticipate that the Colombian presidential election will be given under a true vote-finish.
The truth is that the last weeks of the presidential campaign took place under the shadow of a dirty campaign full of grievances between the two candidates. Hence, many waited for June 19 for the campaign to end and the same frantic race of deep polarization.
