“We work every day and our key is to keep the people informed, aware and permanently mobilized and the empire will crash against the steel will of the people of Venezuela, whatever the imperialist spokesmen say, whatever they do, they have not been able to and will not be able to, we will continue forward”, said the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro.
The national president supervised the reopening of the Integral Diagnosis Center (CDI), “Manuel Ponte Rodríguez”, located in the San Juan de Capistrano municipality of Anzoátegui state, after the recovery work carried out by the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (Bricomiles), in the entity.
In the same way, the head of state referred to the interference of the US government that demands “free elections in Venezuela” and stressed that “in these years Venezuela has the world record of 29 free elections, with a free, conscious people and with the best electoral system in the world, we want elections free of sanctions, of aggression of economic warfare, lift all sanctions without conditioning of any kind”.
In this sense, he described as criminals those who defend the sanctions in Venezuela and the United States (USA), while reiterating that they will not be able to with the people of Bolívar and Chávez.
For his part, the governor of the state of Anzoátegui, Luis José Marcano, commented that the reconditioning of the (CDI), “Manuel Ponte Rodríguez”, was consolidated in compliance with the commitment of the head of state to strengthen the National Public Health System (SPNS) and, guarantee that the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Rooms (SRI) and Popular Clinics are in optimal conditions to provide quality care to the people.
In this order of ideas, he added that these spaces serve more than 10,000 inhabitants of the San Juan de Capistrano municipality, at the same time that he stated that students from the University of Health Sciences are also in the process of training, “where there are men and women who are going to guarantee that we have qualified personnel to care for our population,” said the governor.
Lastly, he stated that in the 21 municipalities of Anzoátegui state, 30 CDIs and Comprehensive Rehabilitation Rooms operate with the necessary equipment, to offer care to its inhabitants through the union of Venezuelan medical personnel with specialists from Cuba.
