Havana Cuba. — The political prisoner Walfrido Rodríguez Piloto went on a hunger strike again in the Valle Grande prison (Havana), they informed CubaNet inmates of that penitentiary.

According to the sources, the opponent declared himself on a hunger strike again this morning in protest at the refusal of the health personnel to provide him with medical assistance and at the harassment of the prison authorities.

Professor Pedro Albert Sánchez informed this newspaper that Rodríguez Piloto appeared in the prison infirmary in the morning to request medical assistance, although he was met there by the refusal of the health personnel.

Another of the Valle Grande inmates, José Eduardo Jardines Rodríguez, reported that at breakfast time there was another altercation between Rodríguez Piloto and the group leader, First Lieutenant Disney, who expelled him from the dining room and did not allow him to eat food.
