The 36 political parties that will participate in the regional elections to choose governors, mayors and deputies and representatives of legislative councils chose their location in the electoral card.
The image of the electoral ballot was announced by the political analyst Aníbal Sánchez, who recalled that to determine the order of selection in the card, the last choice is taken into account.
He also explained that, in accordance with article 196 of the Electoral Processes Law, the political organizations that go in perfect alliance may choose positions together and added that “that is why the patriotic pole, headed by the PSUV (United Socialist Party of Venezuela) first locate their 13 cards.”

On the other hand, he said that to determine the order of selection in the electronic card, in the case of the National Assembly, the last election will be taken as a reference and explained that the new political organizations are the last to choose their position in the card; So “unique is the last to choose in the model.”
Aníbal Sánchez informed that until April 15, the National Electoral Council registered 36,750 applications and 6,141 candidates.
In this same sense, the deputy of Parliament said that the electoral roll for the regional elections, scheduled for May 25, is 21,321,783 voters; 11,755 less than for presidential 2024.
Regarding the election El Guayana Esequiba, he explained that there are registered 21,403 voters in 12 voting centers, where about 25 tables will work, all in the same parish.
