Police still do not point to anyone for the death of a dentist

The National Police has not pointed out any possible perpetrator for the death of the dentist Lyda Josefina Amell de Lalane, 45, whose body was found Thursday night in the back seat of a SUV, on Expreso V Centenario Avenue in the National District.

The body of Amell de Lalane, “with a nylon rope tied around her neck,” was found at 11 p.m. in the said vehicle, Dodge Durango, license plate G387712.

Diego Pesqueira, Police spokesman, reported this Sunday that they are still waiting for the results of the autopsy on the body of the now deceased person carried out by Inacif.

He called on citizens to be patient and wait for the results of the investigation carried out in coordination with the Public Ministry.

As reported by the institution of order last Friday, several people have been interviewed and they review the videos of the place, including one recorded by a citizen from the balcony of his house.

Leading newspaper in the Dominican Republic focused on general news and innovative journalism.
