Residents of the municipality of Matanzas in Baní reported damage to the infrastructure of the Ramón Matías Mella school in that town.
This, after said district was the epicenter of an earth tremor at a depth of 48 kilometers at 07:11 in the morning.
The earthquake, which has been strongly felt in the area and even in the Dominican capital, was 18,131 north latitude and -70,442 west longitude.
