The first stop he made on his way to the stage was to greet the leader of Morena, Mario Delgado, as well as some of the citizens who came to the Zócalo and who shouted slogans such as “you are not alone, you are not alone” and President! , president!”.

This Saturday the decree issued by the government of Lázaro Cárdenas was commemorated.

Despite the rain, citizens responded to the call to commemorate the 1938 decree, which ordered the legal appropriation of the oil that 17 foreign companies were exploiting in Mexico at that time.
