The senator assured that she is one of those who asks for a mobilization.

At the same time, he maintained: “There is a responsibility of the Peronist leadership that has to be on permanent alert for mobilization.” He anticipated that the march could be on Peronist Loyalty Day: “December seems like a late mobilization to me, but not on October 17.”

Regarding the request for conviction by federal prosecutor Diego Luciani, the senator stressed that “legally nothing can be discussed, that is not a trial, it is a firing squad,” and added: “Attacking the head of Peronism would The only thing it does is make us react, because they attack us”.

The prosecutor assured that the vice president is the “head of an illicit association.”

It should be remembered that Luciani, in addition to 12 years in prison, requested that the vice president was disqualified for life from holding public office, a measure that would also be applied to the other defendants.

How is the road case going?

The judicial process will continue with the arguments of the defense of the accused, which will begin on September 5 from 8:30 a.m.. The presentations will be made in accordance with the alphabetical order of the defendants, with the exception of Lázaro Baéz, who will be the seventh, after requesting an extension request.
