Pedro Miguel González will face Crispiano Adames and Gaby Carrizo, he will go for the presidency

Judith Pena | February 26, 2023

The former secretary and member of the Democratic Revolutionary Party (PRD), Pedro Miguel González, announced this Sunday his candidacy as a pre-candidate for the presidency with a view to the 2024 elections.

González said that although he still has to appear in the primary elections that the PRD will hold, he counts on the bases supporting him over figures like José Gabriel Carrizo and Crispiano Adames.

The pre-candidate has been postulated by the Movement of Bases for the National Rescue. In a conference held this afternoon, he indicated that he believes that anyone who wishes to oppose the current government and does not agree with how things are being done, is welcome to join a single proposal.
