The head of state arrived accompanied by five of his ministers. They are Alejandro Salas (Labor and Employment Promotion), Félix Chero (Justice and Human Rights), Roberto Sánchez (Foreign Trade and Tourism), Kurt Burneo (Economy and Finance) and César Landa (Foreign Relations).

Castillo Terrones and Williams Zapata will hold a meeting one day after the national representation censured the Minister of Transport and Communications, Geiner Alvarado, for allegedly integrating a criminal organization led by the president.
