After the intervention of former President Pedro Castillo, Judge Juan Carlos Checkley Soria concluded the hearing and announced that the decision will be made following the legal terms.

And he said, Mr. Judge, why would you have to leave the country? Where is the proof that I want to date? I have not raped, robbed, or killed anyone. I never had the idea of leaving this country.”

Eduardo Pachas resumes defense of the former president and supports previous issue

Defense of the ex-president indicates that none of the provisions issued by the Congress of the Republic followed the process of the political preliminary trial provided for in articles 99 and 100 of the Political Constitution of Peru.
