In an audio that records a conversation between former presidential secretary Bruno Pacheco and businessman Zamir Villaverde is left over in evidence that both had an interest in the contracts of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) and the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS).
The recording broadcast by the Willax channel would show that the friends of the head of state —Bruno Pacheco and Zamir Villaverde—were interested in taking over the MTC and the MVCS.
