The People’s Party (PDG) proposed to the rapporteur secretary of the Electoral Qualifying Court (Tricel), Carmen Gloria Valladaresto be a minister of the Constitutional Court (TC).
The figure of Valladares became media coverage on July 4, on the opening day of the Constitutional Convention. That day, conventionalists urged the Tricel rapporteur secretary to close the ceremony, accusing that outside the former Congress, Carabineros was repressing protesters.

The other two nominations presented by the parliamentarians correspond to Gonzalo Fuenzalida and Alexandra Prechtproposed by the National Renewal (RN) and the Christian Democracy (DC) respectively.
Two of the three candidates must replace the ministers John Joseph Romero and Gonzalo Garcia. Both left their posts on March 19.
