It seeks to repeal an international treaty that is constitutionally impossible to do. By refusing this donation we are leaving all education without school kits, without infrastructure or school meals for more than 75,000 children”, assured Lilian Samaniego.

This This point was refuted by Blas Llano, and he maintained that it is not true that a treaty cannot be rendered null and void by law, an agreement or an agreement, since, Article 137 of the National Constitution supports this action.

The funds that the EU allocates to the education sector they are non-refundable and not conditioned.
