Paraguay requires since Saturday that travelers who wish to enter its territory have received the booster dose of the Covid-19 vaccine or present a negative test with a validity of no more than 72 hours.
This was announced by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, which released an update on the health requirements for entering the country for travelers from the age of 12.
According to the measure, a person is considered to have “a complete and updated schedule” if they have all three doses of the virus vaccine.
For those who have two doses, they must have received the second application in a time not exceeding six months. In turn, people with a single-dose primary regimen should have a booster if three months or more have elapsed since the first application.
