«The resources of the State belong to all Panamanians, and for this reason we must demand their honest and transparent administration; When this is not the case, it is up to the Justice Administration System to enforce those responsible for violating the sacred mandate to manage them,” said Adolfo Fábrega, President of the CCIAP.
As explained in their statement, the Judicial Branch has made progress in resolving cases long awaited by Panamanians, and that have Panama in the magnifying glass of the entire world. Therefore, “we do not expect less from those who are in charge of such a delicate function, hoping that they make use of all the tools that the Political Constitution and legal norms provide them, so that justice is done in an expeditious time,” he pointed out. Fabrega.
They assured that they will evaluate said sentence to fully understand its possible implications on members of the organization, and take the measures that our statutes establish.
