Panama starts against the Dominican Republic in the U12 Baseball World Cup

Panama opens the U12 World Cup playing against the Dominican Republic in a match scheduled to be played at 12 midnight Panama time, 11 in the morning of July 28, 2023, as confirmed by the World Baseball and Softball Confederation (WBSC), acronym in English.

The WBSC confirmed the official schedule of the tournament, giving Panama and the Dominican Republic the honor of being the privileged ones with Game 1 of the World Cup to be played between July 28 and August 6 in the city of Tainan, Taiwan.

Panama is 13 hours behind Taiwan, so the games that are at 11:00 am in Taiwan would be 12 midnight the night before.

Panama plays against Korea in its second outing, at 12 midnight on July 29, it goes against the United States on July 30, at the same time, on the 31st it meets New Zealand, at the same time and closes against the Czech Republic on August 1 at the same time.

From August 3 to 6, super round matches and the final phase of the tournament are scheduled.
