Panama reports 127 positive cases, 3 new deaths and 14 patients in ICU due to Covid-19

The number of infections by Covid -19 for this Friday, December 10, counts 127 positive cases, for a cumulative total of 480,217, according to the report from the Ministry of Health.

In the last 24 hours, 3 deaths were registered, accumulating a total of 7,385 deaths with a fatality of 1.5%.

Meanwhile, 3,443 new tests were applied for a positivity of 3.6%.

Active cases total 2,927, of which 2,729 are in home isolation and 89 in hospital hotels.

There are 109 hospitalized patients of which 95 are in the ward and 14 in the Intensive Care Unit.

The Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre, reiterates the call to the population that during this month of December, which are celebrated several festivities, not to lower their guard, maintain biosecurity measures and go to be vaccinated to complete the complete scheme against Covid-19.
