After long years of lethargy in the field of tenders, the businessman who drags complaints and disqualifications, Alberto Palumbo, a friend of Vice President Hugo Velázquez who even had an office in his home in 2019, reappears on the Public Contracting payroll and as a true ” octopus” concentrates astronomical awards for cleaning and works that in the last 4 years amount to a total of G. 614,039,169,751. The mechanism is the collection of firms and consortia.

Its main clients in the State are Petropar, the IPS, the MOPC, the MEC, the SND, the SNPP, the Ministry of Finance, among others.

With Structure Engineering SA (EISA) he had started his career as a contractor in 2012, and won only two tenders from then until 2013. From then on, as a supplier he had no movements until 2019, six years later when the firm was awarded by the National Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (Dinac) to expand the Silvio Pettirossi airport for G. 16,970,000,000.
