The workers grouped in the Banking Association (AB) will re-elect their general secretary this Tuesday, Sergio palazzo, in the elections where they will vote a single list to lead the union for another four years.
In the elections where bank workers from all over the country will vote, the Secretariat, the National Directive Council, the Supervisory Commission and delegates to the Confederal Central Committee (CCC) and congressmen to the CGT will be elected for a four-year term, leader Eduardo Berrozpe reported on Monday.
The AB press secretary indicated that workers will vote between 8 and 18, they must have been members for no less than six months and they will do so by the direct and secret voting system and a complete list.
Esther lafauci, president of the National Electoral Board, reported that the affiliates will vote in their respective places of work; teleworkers at the nearby branch of the entity to which they belong or in the delegations of the Buenos Aires Section and, retirees at the Sarmiento union headquarters 337 and at the Bank Liabilities Attention Center of the Gaona Avenue to 1600, said a statement.
In Greater Buenos Aires, the staff will vote in the Avellaneda, Lomas de Zamora, Morón, Norte, Quilmes, San Justo, San Martín, Pilar and San Miguel Delegations.
Palazzo will be reelected as national secretary general for another four years, since the Electoral Board made the only List 1 Celeste y Blanca official.
The current presented 26,165 endorsements and was made official before a notary public and the supervisors of the National Directorate of Trade Union Associations of the Ministry of Labor led by Claudio Moroni.
Union sources indicated that the current expresses “the union of the union.”
