Pair of arrested for murdering and burying two men

The bodies corresponding to two men were located last Tuesday in a makeshift grave located in a wooded area of ​​Hoyo de la Puerta, Baruta municipality (Miranda), according to the Cicpc.

The bodies belong to Ramón Mendible Villareal (58) and Pedro Javier Esquives Chunga (54). The corpses were in a state of decomposition and had blows caused by a tube.

For this fact, the scientific police arrested Néstor Andrés Graterol Carrasco (24) and José Majin Vásquez Olivares (23).

Last March 11 was the last time they saw Mendible and Esquives, who went on a motorcycle to the El Naranjal sector, Hoyo de La Puerta. On that site, Néstor had summoned Pedro to collect a debt in dollars from the purchase of construction materials that they had negotiated through the Marketplace platform.

Upon reaching the site, Néstor and José began to attack Mendible and Esquives with a tube until they were badly injured. One of them died and the other was dying; but still, Nestor and José put them in a pit.

The two detainees are prosecuted before the 28th Control Court of Caracas for the crime of qualified homicide executed with treachery for futile reasons, reported the Cicpc.

Motorcycle taxi driver. In another incident, Anderson Javier Escalona, ​​a 27-year-old motorcycle taxi driver, was murdered with a firearm last Tuesday night in the Santa Ana neighborhood, Carapita, Caracas.

Initial versions indicate that two hooded individuals arrived on a motorcycle at the aforementioned place where a motorcycle taxi stop operates. One of the subjects demanded that the group of motorcycle riders take off their hats. When they arrived at Anderson, he received six bullet impacts that caused his death, according to witnesses.

Four other motorcycle taxi drivers were injured as a result of the shooting, which warranted their transfer to a health center.
