Padrino López alerts a world “divided” by oil

The sector vice president for Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace, Vladimir Padrino López, warned of a latent threat in the future, due to the consumption of fossil fuels by “the great empires”.

In a meeting held this Tuesday, led by President Nicolás Maduro with the Expanded Superior General Staff of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Padrino López predicted that at the end of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine “we will see a world divided into two parts: Those who have oil and the have-nots.

“When we see this scenario, we, who are the country with the largest reserves, see an opportunity and we also see a threat, because the great empires, which are the largest consumers of fossil fuels, are going to go with all their claws to try to take control and command of these resources (…)”, he said.

The also Minister for Defense, considered the international geopolitical panorama as “a rather convulsed world, in movement, which is marked by a pincer with two pincers. Unite finance, for the death and decay of financial globalism.”

“As far as countries beyond the ‘anglosphere’, like RussiaChina, Saudi Arabia, etc., have proposed to kill the unipolar world”, settled the headline for Defense.
