“I cannot give a name, identification number, address, telephone number and the list of purchases presented in a business plan,” he added.
The administrator of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Authority (Ampyme), Óscar Ramos, assured this Monday that he has not received official information from the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (Antai) about the Capital Seed program.
“The Antai has not sent any letter. He has not written any report to this office. The last communication we had was a long time ago and it was not on that subject, ”said Ramos during the delivery of seed capital to a hundred new entrepreneurs.
Ramos maintains its position that it cannot reveal the information of the beneficiaries of said initiative that provides non-refundable funds of up to $ 2,000 for entrepreneurs because it obeys Law 81, on the protection of personal data.
“I cannot give a name, identification number, address, telephone number and the list of purchases presented in a business plan,” he added.
On October 18, the Antai publicly confirmed that Ampyme’s arguments for not delivering the information requested by a media outlet, “they have no legal basis ”, since the Data Protection Law has exceptions.
