The form was also made available on the internet and can be accessed through the site of the National Human Rights System. It is necessary to indicate, in the adhesion form, those responsible for the articulation and implementation of the actions.
The ordinance also presents powers to be exercised by the National Secretariat for the Rights of Children and Adolescents, as well as by states, municipalities and the Federal District, if they choose to adhere to the program.
In addition, it describes the composition of the committees linked to the Casa da Criança e do Adolescente, as well as lines of action and purposes, with a view to articulating, mobilizing, planning, monitoring, implementing and managing the centers.
