We need to thank good teachers today more than ever because they face new challenges that the pandemic leaves us. Today they face the challenges of returning, such as the high demand for emotional support and socialization that their students have.
After two years of not attending schools, we are now clearer than ever about the impact of school closures on children and young people. The development of emotional and socialization skills is one of the great pending issues and requires the full attention of teachers and schools. There is a way to go to accompany students to develop bonds with their peers and, in many cases, they can relearn to relate in a positive way.
Teachers have been able to overcome the difficulties of the pandemic: loss of family members, the uncertainty of the crisis itself, and at the same time, they managed to adapt to a new teaching method, developing digital skills to continue training their students.
Let’s accompany this great work from home. It is key that as families we get involved in the training and learning processes. It is a joint effort that will allow great results. We provide our teachers with all the tools and skills so that they can carry out their work in the best way. Let us recognize their tireless daily work that generates so much positive impact on thousands of boys, girls and young people. We trust in their abilities and professional quality and in that they always put the well-being of their students at the center of every action. Happy day teachers and teachers!
