Operation Qatar leaves 45 people apprehended

The National Police in conjunction with the Public Ministry apprehended some 45 people through Operation Qatar, carried out with the objective of locating and capturing those people who are required for various crimes.

This operation takes place in the Central provinces, Panama, Bocas del Toro, Chiriquí and Colón, where 41 men and 4 women are apprehended for the crimes of Homicide, Against Collective Security, Against Public Faith, Against Economic Heritage, Against the Legal Order, Family and Civil Status.

We will continue our operational actions to locate those people who break the law, and in this way guarantee the safety and tranquility of the citizenry.

In the next few hours they will be presented to the competent authorities for their respective procedures.
