The mayoress of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality, Carmen Melendez, invited Caracas residents and visitors to the capital to enjoy the exhibition The Face of Bolivar, iconographic sample of Father Liberator, Simón Bolívar on his 240th birthday, which opened its doors in the Caracas Museum, located in the seat of the Municipal Council.
“I invite you to visit this exhibition, which is located very close to Plaza Bolívar, in one of the halls of the Municipal Palace, and which provides us with a broad vision of the legacy of the Father of the Nation,” said the mayoress on her social media account, @gestionperfecta.
In the exhibition you can appreciate the different stages of the life of the famous Caracas, 240 years after his birth, he said.
“In Caracas we are commemorating this national date with joy and culture,” said Meléndez, when commemorating in the emblematic Plaza Bolívar the activity organized with color, music and poetry, in honor of El Libertador, the universal man from Caracas who led the Anti-imperialist and Bolivarian Revolution to give freedom to a large part of the American continent.
