One of the pilots who crashed in Bocas del Toro dies

The Civil Aeronautical Authority reported the death of Martin Bogante, pilot of the HP 1955AT aircraft, which crashed on the morning of this Friday, January 6. Bogante was in critical condition.

The authorities indicated that the other pilot of the HP 1966AT aircraft, Kevin Guerra, remains conscious and stable, receiving medical attention at the Raúl Dávila Mena Regional Hospital.

It was learned that Guerra would be transferred to the Chiriquí hospital since Changuinola does not have the necessary services for his care.

The registered air accident between two aircraft, both from the ATOPAN Fumigation Company, was reported in the morning in the area of ​​Changuinola Finca 45, township of Guabito.

The personnel of the Air Accident Investigation Office of the AAC continue to carry out the pertinent operations.
