ON VIDEO: All those accused in the events of July 11 and 12 in Cuba had the right to defense

In compliance with the right to defense, enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, all those accused after the events of July 11 and 12 had access to be defended.

For the most part, they appointed a lawyer “of choice” and those who did not do so because they did not have resources, were assigned “ex officio”.

Let’s know the impressions of one of the participating lawyers, about these judicial processes.
