On the last Sunday of September, Bolivia registers 55 new cases of Covid and 1 of monkeypox

This Sunday, the last of September, only 55 positive cases of Covid-19 were reported by the Ministry of Health, while those recovered add up to 530. The department with the most infections is La Paz, with 25, followed by Santa Cruz (18) and Pando (7). No deaths were reported.

According to the report, to date 15,074,457 vaccines were applied anticovid, of which 6,354,001 correspond to the first dose; 5,150,456, to the second; 998,652, at the single dose; 2,137,743, to the third dose and 433,725, to the fourth.

On the other hand, the Ministry registers a new case of monkeypoxwith which the active cases of this disease are 112. The recovered patients are 63, while the total number of laboratory-confirmed cases, since their arrival in the country, is 175.

Of these, most are in Santa Cruz (159); both in La Paz and Cochabamba 7 were confirmed, while in Potosí and Chuquisaca 1. In the rest of the country’s departments, although there were suspected cases, they were ruled out as monkeypox by blood tests. laboratory.
