The withdrawal of the dairy company Olam from Uruguay would affect hundreds of workers in the sector, it would reduce by around 7% the remission of milk to the entire national system and would leave the antecedent of a company that tried to implement a large-scale dairy work methodology –based on technology and the professionalization of protocols–, but which was defeated by health problems in its herd and other factors which led her to cancel the activity in Uruguay.
