The Ministry of Health of the Nation reported this Sunday a total of 25,680 new infections of coronavirus throughout Argentina during the last weekwhich is equivalent to a drop of 8.4% compared to last Sunday, when 28,039 cases were confirmed.
In its last epidemiological part, the health portfolio also highlighted that, Between Monday the 20th and Sunday the 26th, a total of 54 people died in the country from causes associated with the coronavirus. This week, deaths from the virus recorded an increase of 32 cases.
The deaths due to coronavirus of this week they accumulated in the Province of Buenos Aires (23), Córdoba (5), Mendoza (5), Entre Ríos (4), La Pampa (4), San Juan (4), Catamarca (2), Río Negro (2), CABA (1), Chubut (1), Jujuy (1), La Rioja (1) and Neuquén (1).
For its part, in terms of hospitalizations, the health agency reported that there are currently 386 patients hospitalized in Intensive Care Units (ICU) in the countryfor which the national employment rate reached 43.2% today.

A figure that positions the nation in 13th place in the world ranking with the most infections and 14th position with the most deaths.
