National Treasury asks claimants to withdraw their PA´TI program checks

More than 9.8 million pesos has paid the National Treasury (TN) to the people who were registered in the Employee Solidarity Assistance Fund (FASE) and the Independent Worker Assistance Program (PA’TI)whose bank transfers of subsidies were returned for different reasons while these programs were in force, reported in a statement the National Treasurerlicensed Luis Rafael Delgado Sanchez.

He revealed that this amount delivered is 46.4% of the RD$21.2 million requested, for which he asked the other people to withdraw their money, because many of these citizens are still receivable, because they did not go to get their checks when they were summoned. in the delivery places, for which he added that they will also be called to go to the institution to collect their payments.

The official specified that in the Ozama Region It is the place where the most has been paid, with a total of RD$5.1 million in 1,163 checks delivered to people, followed by Cibao Norte with RD$1.5 million in 363 checks and Cibao Sur with 773,500 pesos in 186 checks.

In the Higuamo Region, 484,930 pesos have been delivered, Valdesia, 456,981 pesos, El Valle, with 392,112 pesos, Yuma, RD$380,572, Cibao Northeast, with RD$337,522 pesos, followed by the Enriquillo Region with 260,000 pesos and the Cibao Northeast with RD$188,755, making a total of RD$9,884,210.30 delivered.

The National Treasury added that RD$16,057,500 pesos were requested from the PA’TI program and RD$5,207,233 pesos from FASE, for a total of RD$21,264,733 pesos, in a total of 4,642 checks, of which 2,291 (49.4%) have been delivered, with 2,351 (50.6%) pending withdrawal.

He argued that the payment schedule ran from Monday, May 9 to Friday, May 13 in the governorates, as a way to allow citizens to have the convenience of going to those places near their residences to withdraw their checks.

In the National District and Greater Santo Domingo, which make up the Ozama Region, payments were made from May 9 to 11 in the auditorium of the Center for Training in Fiscal Policy and Management (Capgefi), located in the building of the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR).

For the Cibao Norte Region, in the Government of Santiago it was on Wednesday, May 11, to the citizens of Puerto Plata, Espaillat and Santiago de los Caballeros, while in Monseñor Nouel, Sánchez Ramírez and La Vega, the government of the latter paid the same day too.

For Thursday, May 12, the delivery of the checks was in the Government of San Francisco de Macorís, Duarte Province, and the inhabitants of the towns of Hermanas Mirabal, María Trinidad Sánchez and Samaná were there.

For that same day, the citizens of San Cristóbal in their governorate were paid together with the provinces of Azua, San José de Ocoa and Peravia, and the Higuamo Region made up of Monte Plata, Hato Mayor and Seybo, who received their checks in the Governorate of San Pedro de Macorís, while the inhabitants of the province of La Altagracia collected in the governorate of La Romana.

For Friday, May 13, citizens of Montecristi, Dajabón and Santiago Rodríguez were paid in the Valverde Government; Similarly, in Barahona the inhabitants of Bahoruco, Independencia and Pedernales received their checks, while those of Elías Piña received their checks in the governorate of San Juan de la Maguana.
