The recent murders of five mothers looking for their children, who disappeared in various parts of the country, will not go unpunished, offered President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, who stressed that the various competent authorities in these cases are working to clarify them and to protect all those relatives who have a missing person.
During his conference, he offered that next Thursday the Undersecretary of Public Security and Citizen Protection, Ricardo Mejía Berdeja, will give a detailed overview of the situation of these five cases.
– How are you going to guarantee that this type of action against them no longer occurs? –She was asked.
–No, well, not allowing it, punishing those responsible, so that there is no impunity, that is what we are doing. This has to do with human rights, also with Alejandro Encinas, so that mechanisms are sought. There are already many who have protection, but if more is needed, whatever is necessary.
– Specifically, what do you say to mothers?
–That I send you a hug, that it makes me very sad that these things happen and that we are fighting to live in a better society.
