When and where will the public auction be?
The contest will take place on November 4 and 5 and the auctioned land will be in the districts of Miraflores, La Molina, Pachacamac, El Agustino, Ate Vitarte, Puente Piedra, Santa Rosa and Carabayllo.
Likewise, the public act will take place in the Magic Circuit of Water – Parque de la Reserva starting at 10:00 a.m.
In Carabayllo, the district with the largest number of lots for auction, land will be offered from S/ 141,781.63 in an area of 99.79 m2, located in Urb. Las Cascadas de Carabayllo.
For its part, in Pachacamac a lot of 187.25 m2 will be auctioned at an initial amount of S/. 248,930.15 located Villa Verde III.
How to access the land auction?
To participate in the auction, those interested must acquire the bases virtually, for the amount of S / 50, by transfer to the Emilima account No. 193-11271150-99.
These rules may be requested by mail or picked up at its main office, located at Jr. Cuzco N° 286 – Cercado de Lima, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, until November 3.
As a next step, the registration and the guarantee deposit will be made, attaching the documentation indicated in the bases.
