A large part of Córdoba, including the Punilla area, and eastern San Luis have an orange warning for storms, some locally strong or severe, and accumulated precipitation values between 30 and 60 millimeters are expected, which may be exceeded occasionally.
Meanwhile, the rest of San Luis and Córdoba, the north of La Pampa, Tucumán, a large part of Mendoza, Salta and Santiago del Estero, and some towns in the south of La Rioja and Catamarca are under yellow alert for the same phenomenon. .
In this case, the accumulated precipitation values will be between 25 and 45 millimeters, and may be exceeded in a timely manner.
The meteorological agency advised the residents of these towns to avoid outdoor activities, not take out the garbage and remove objects that prevent water from draining and not take refuge near trees and electricity poles that could fall.

On the other hand, the south of Neuquén and the center-west of Río Negro and Chubut will be affected by winds from the west sector with speeds between 50 and 75 kilometers per hour and gusts that can exceed 100 kilometers per hour.
