The Public Ministry (MP) issued an arrest warrant this Friday against two people identified as responsible for the fire in the warehouses of the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security in Antímano (IVSS).
This was reported by the attorney general of the government of Nicolás Maduro, Tarek William Saab, through Twitter. «The Public Ministry solicitous arrest warrant for subjects Layla Janeth Miranda Vásquez and Jorge Ernesto Cambero Rangel, allegedly responsible for the fire in the Social Security warehouse,” he wrote on the social network.
Thanks to “the rigorous proceedings”, the Public Ministry “determined that the fire was caused.”
In addition, he noted that those allegedly responsible for the fire “carried custody of the medical supplies destroyed by their action.”
In this sense, he announced that they will both be presented before the Court 2 Against Terrorism.
“These criminals will appear before the Court 2 Against Terrorism by the Designated Prosecutors 54 Nac and 163 of AMC for the crimes of Terrorism and Association to commit crimes provided for in the Law against organized crime,” he said.
Fire in IVSS warehouse
This Monday, social network users reported a fire on the Intercomunal de Antímano avenue, at the height of 4 Carapita de La Yaguara street.
The fire affected the Social Security deposits in the area, according to information from authorities
