The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), Tarek William Saab reported this Wednesday through a post on his Twitter account about the indictment of the members of the Board of Directors of the Guatire Textil Company in Miranda.
The FGR detailed the crimes they are accused of: Corruption of their own aggravated to the degree of complicity, collusion, execution of unauthorized activities, contravention of land use plans, change, obstruction or sedimentation. degradation of soils suitable for food production and destruction of vegetation on the slopes.
The action is a continuation of the arrest of the mayor of the Zamora municipality of Miranda state, Raziel Enrique Rodríguez Villanueva, for allegedly being involved in corruption and abuse of functions.
