The programs myhome and Techo Propio comprise a total of almost 68,000 available formal homes, of which more than 44,000 are in Lima, reported the Mivivienda Fund.
In the case of the program that bears the same name as the aforementioned fund, the real estate offer is 41,957 units, which are available in 430 projects.
According to the Mivivienda Fund, 25,536 units (316 projects) are in Lima and Callao. That is to say, 61% of the total. On the other hand, 16,421 properties are located in the provinces, mainly Piura, Lambayeque, Ica and La Libertad.

At the end of last year, the number of beneficiaries between both programs was 50,000 families.
Only in the case of Mivivienda Sostenible, the number of loans placed was 9,139.
“Through the New Mivivienda Credit (NCMV) In 2022, a total of 13,507 loans were granted for a value of S/ 2,246 million, which represents a 5% growth compared to 2021, when 12,871 loans were granted. This figure meant the best credit record since the creation of the product”, reported the institution.
In addition, 64% of the loans placed last year were in Lima and Callao and the remaining 36% in the interior of the country, highlighting the regions of Lambayeque, Ica, Piura, La Libertad and Arequipa.
