After busy moments inside the corporation, the new president of the Chamber of Deputies, Vlado Mirosevic (PL) and the leader of the Senate, Álvaro Elizalde (PS) promised to process about thirty bills that are “powdered” in Congress and that, according to them, are “demanded by the citizens.”

Said proposal was made by Mirosevic and accepted by Elizalde, and “it will be carried out under a logic of collaboration” and “not rivalry”, as has been the atmosphere inside the Chamber of Deputies in recent days.

The leader of the Senate indicated that “the important thing is that we all contribute so that these bills, which are demanded by the citizens, are approved quickly. The important thing is that these projects are discussed, debated, voted on and approved.”

“We must give a sense of urgency to the legislative task that we have to face needs such as public security, cost of living and the economic situation,” he added.

The liberal deputy pointed out that to achieve this, “we will listen to all sectors, including the opposition, too.” “If there are good projects of theirs, we will incorporate them into this list,” Mirosevic closed.
