in a concise Press releasethe Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Peace, reported this Saturday, August 20, that the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB) launched “a device to strengthen the security of users” that has 130 officials attached to the departments of Public Order, Communal, Metro and the police stations of each parish where the Caracas Metro system extends.
The announcement occurs after it was produced a change in the presidency of the Metro and that was known by its publication in the Official Gazette dated August 16. Major General Juan Carlos Du Bolay Perozo was appointed to replace Major General Graciliano Ruiz Gamboa, who had been in office since the end of September 2020.
