After her statements, Minister Siches retracted her words and indicated that they gave her erroneous information, but the lawyer and Major (r) of Carabineros, Gene Fernández, filed a complaint with the Public Ministry to investigate the crimes of “omission of reporting ” and “official crimes that could have been committed in the previous government.”

According to the citation document, the meeting will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, April 13, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Juan Lobos Room of the Chamber of Deputies of Valparaíso.
