Ebrard Casaubón summarized that on the fifth day of the rescue mission, he received a video taken by a Navy brigade member.
“What has the Mexican team achieved? So far, four people have been rescued alive, the most recent being a little girl. We had seen many corpses. After you go into (the rubble) and once he lost his life, it is very hard and finding an eight-year-old girl was the oxygen tank for all (the brigade members)”, he narrated.
“It was very moving. They sent me an image and I passed it on to the presidency. It is taken from the video of one of the Marines who was in the brigade”, the also presidential candidate abounded.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) clarified that he is waiting for the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena) to confirm what day the plane with humanitarian aid will leave for Turkey.
He said that previously a classification of the food that has arrived at the collection centers will be made and that it will be necessary to buy others, as is the case of food, since the diet of the Turks is different from that of Mexico.
