“Ethics is a transversal concept of the Plan de la Patria, it is found throughout our development plan,” said the Sectoral Vice President and Minister of People’s Power for Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, this Thursday.
The affirmation was made during the Mass Training Conference on Ethical Popular Planning and Political Practice in the Revolutionary Transformation of the State, attended by 28,554 students, reaching more than 198,000 people trained in Popular Planning throughout the country.
Menéndez stressed that “For there to be a revolution there must be a transformation of ethics and culture, break with the concepts that are instituted as dogmas.”
“Massive training in popular planning continues. Today 28 thousand students. We have reached a total of 198,500 companions in these courses. The methods of the Fatherland Plan for the revolutionary transformation of the State. The 3RNETS as a space for real and concrete militancy », Menéndez pointed out on his Twitter account.
On this, he established that “Popular Planning as a fundamental principle of Participatory and Leading Democracy, is nothing more than the breaking of the paradigm of the conception of planning as a process only to be executed by scholars.”
He also added that “the parameter of Participatory and Leading Democracy, the Map of Solutions and the Specific Action Agenda seek to create new principles through the praxis of different methods.”
For his part, the president of the Venezuelan Planning School Foundation, Ricardo Molina, stressed that “revolutionary ethics is essential for the development of Socialism.”
Likewise, Molina pointed out that this course seeks to show the challenges of building a new country through the principles and ethics of its citizens.
This Massive Training Conference was attended by professors from the Venezuelan Planning School Foundation (FEVP), Luis Britto García and Dionys Rivas Armas; as well as the president of the Institute of Advanced Studies of Fiscal Control and State Audit of the Comptroller General of the Republic, Odalis Arteaga.
It should be noted that in this course topics such as: Responsibility of the public servant in the revolutionary transformation of the State, Ethics through which the cadres of the revolution plan, reaffirm and consolidate a just, democratic, participatory and Patagonian society, Identity and Culture of the Servants and the Revolutionary political Servants, achievement of the State institutions and the good functioning, and Ethics of the political servants and in the popular power.
