The deputy of the Movement Towards Socialism (MAS), Deysi Choque, announced that she will report to the ethics commission the case of the deputy of the Citizen Community who was found watching pornography during the session for the election of the Ombudsman.
“We, as women, are going to send him to the ethics commission, but the Bolivian people will also have to judge that person,” Choque told the media.
The legislator pointed out that while every day they deal with laws and fight “against violence and for respect for women”, there are parliamentarians who are involved in these situations and “undermine the dignity of women.”

In addition, he indicated that they will request a public apology from the deputy José Luis Porcel.
The legislator was recorded at the Ombudsman election session. He was sitting in his seat, while he checked his cell phone and through a message he received pornographic content.
Deputy Juanito Angulo (MAS) joined the request that Porcel be sent to the ethics court. “He himself has confessed and has sent apologies on social networks, but it is not enough, it must be sent and valued, sanctioned by the ethics commission,” he specified.
This Friday, Porcel clarified that this message came to him through a WhatsApp group on his private cell phone. “You don’t know what they send you. At that point I closed it,” he noted.
