Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze secured this Saturday second place in the 49erFX class of the Princess Sofia Trophy, in Palma de Mallorca (Spain), the first stage of the Sailing World Cup.
The two-time Olympic champions were behind only the Dutch Odille Van Aanholt and Annette Duetz, who ended the dispute with a lead of 10 points.
Current Olympic gold holders in the 49erFX class (a medal they also secured at the 2016 Games), Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze are a great hope for achievement at the 2024 Games (Paris).
