The National Police is pursuing a man who shot his brother-in-law to death because he questioned him hitting his own son, in the Amaceyes Arriba sector, San Victor municipality, province espaillat.
The victim is Juan Yunelby Camacho Vargas, 31, and the perpetrator, who is at large, is Juan Francisco Núñez Villar alias Miminca.
According to witnesses to the crime, Juan Francisco was beating his son violently, which is why he was claimed by the deceased today, who was also the minor’s uncle, then receiving a shot in the chest which caused his death instantly.
The father of the victim, Mr. Juan Felix Camacho, also took part in the discussion, who struggled with the perpetrator, but was unable to remove his firearm, a 38 mm caliber revolver, which fell to the ground during the discussion, then the murderer fled.
At the scene of the crime, the murder weapon was collected, an Amadeo Rossi revolver, caliber 38 special, and also a Toyota van, cream, license plate L323926, owned by the perpetrator.
In addition to the National Police, the Public Ministry, represented by the prosecutor Albert Vásquez and the forensic doctor Dr. Uribe, participated in the removal of the body.
