However, they value the steps forward that they manage to take, for the simple reason that, in general, they happen as a result of their struggle, in which they usually pay high costs. His time horizon does not run in parallel with the temporal logic of the six-year terms, which does not imply that some are unaware that they have meant a watershed. This is the case of the Yaquis regarding President Lázaro Cárdenas and his historic decree of restitution, which even today is the legal and political foundation and the parameter of their claims. General Cárdenas did not fail them, it was his successors who have incurred in complicity and dispossession to evade profound justice, whose reversal today is proposed by the so-called 4T justice plan whose elaboration procedure and results would be in the process of being shown strong evidence.
As we know, the modality of official intervention towards indigenous peoples called justice plans is in progress.
